Return Policy
All firearms sales are final! Legion USA conversions are covered by a 12 month warranty from the day of purchase. You must contact Legion USA customer service representative to receive an RMA number for return of firearm. Warranty returns of firearms that were not converted by Legion USA must be addressed to the firearm manufacturer.
If you have ordered a firearm that is not legal to own in your state, or you get denied the transfer and the firearm has to be shipped back to us, there will be a 15% restocking fee.
All US made parts orders, returns will be accepted within 30 days after purchase date. In order for parts be returned all items must be in new condition, in unopened original packaging, with all hardware. Installed, used or damaged items will not be accepted for return. RMA number required for US parts returns. 15% restocking fee will be applied for all US made parts returns.
For all new Russian parts returns will be accepted within 30 days after the purchase date. Returned items must be sent back in original packaging, with all hardware, in new condition. Magazines that have been inserted into a firearm may not be returned under any condition, they must be new as is. If there is any sign of installation of said parts on a firearm, returns will not be accepted. RMA number required for Russian parts returns. 15% restocking fee will be applied for all Russian made parts returns.
If you have ordered a part that you no longer want, or you have ordered the incorrect part without consulting us, and we have not shipped it yet, there will be a 6% refund charge. It is the customer's responsibility to make sure they are buying the correct parts for their rifle or shotgun. Due to the large variances in Ak platform firearms, we recommend you ask us first before completing the purchase.
Return shipping charges will be deducted from your merchandise credit or refund.
For all Russian surplus and take off parts all sales are final!
Please do not return any product without prior written
authorization provided by the RMA Department.
The RMA number provided by our team must be included and
visible on the return shipment to receive credit.
Note: We will only pay for return shipping if
the order issue was due to an error on the part of Legion USA
