Russian Vepr 7.62x39mm AK type rifle model APHA-Z2Z is an improved prototype of ALFA-Z. Custom features of this rifle are: 12" barrel with permanently attached Strela flash suppressor, Zenitco B-20U handguard, ALFA ARMS gas tube with 1913 picatinny rail, MD Arms grip, ALG tuned trigger and custom fitted Zhukov folding stock. Rifle is coated with Black Cerkote and range tested.

Base rifle was manufactured in the Molot factory Russia. All Molot rifles are based off of the RPK desigin and they feature a chrome-lined, cold hammer forged barrel and thicker receiver, which aid in accuracy and recoil reduction. The AK design of this rifle gives it the ability to be used in all kinds of climates and conditions reliably.

Vepr ALPHA-Z2Z has factory riveted bullet guide and accepts standard high capacity AK magazines. Shipped with Russian 30rd PUFGUN magazine. 922r complaint with any magazine.
